The Mortal Kombat movie – which was released last year – will have a sequel, according to media Deadline.
Jeremy Slater, director of the upcoming Caballero Luna series for Disney+, will serve as screenwriter.
Mortal Kombat premiered April 2021 in theaters and on HBO Max. There was a pretty shin reception.
Unsurprisingly, apparently the results were good, now that Warner Bros. has greenlit this sequel.
