Square Enix has announced new details about Babylon’s Fall, the next game developed by studio PlatinumGames.
Tomorrow, February 25, a demo will be released for PlayStation consoles, during which you can test the combat system of this hack ‘n slash and RPG game.
Additionally, the Japanese company has confirmed that as part of the first season of post-launch content, there will be a collaboration with Nier Automata.
This will essentially be a limited time event where new enemies will be introduced, a new mazmorra inspired by the Machine Village and Amusement Park areas of Automata, and cosmetics based on characters 2B, A2, 9S, Commander White and Operator 210.
The premium combat course of this first season will be free, as announced a few days ago, and will provide access to new game modes, new action, new content for the story and new bosses, weapons and missions.
Along with announcing the post-launch collaboration and content, Square Enix also released a trailer detailing the battle system. You can see it later, or try it tomorrow with the demo (whose progress can be translated into the final version):
Babylon’s Fall will go on sale on March 3 and will be available with versions for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and PC.
