The two companies joined for the first time last year when Tencent acquired a minority stake in YAGER. The German studio, founded in 1999, has developed several successful games, such as a futuristic fighter simulator – aptly named “Yager” – and “Spec Ops: The Line”, a third-person shooter that not only stood out for its attractive judiciary , but also for the moral decisions that players have to make. Currently, the study in Early Access has the competitive mission shooter “The Cycle”.
