The Spanish video game development studio Novarama announced today that it has entered into an investment agreement with Tencent. Under the terms of the agreement, Tencent will join the Novarama company, which will work on a new MMO awaiting release.

Novarama, founded in 2003, is a developer and distributor of video games. For more than 10 years, it was an exclusive study from Sony that created the Invizimals saga on PSP, PSVITA, PS3. Launched in 2009, Invizimals was a pioneer in Augmented Reality, digital and broadcast collectibles, integrating a saga of video games with a TV series on Netflix. Recently, Killsquad, an action RPG for Steam, was launched. Novarama is currently centered on massive multi-player session games.
