The launch of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has been postponed to the beginning of the year.
Confirmation came from game director Sefton Hill, who said on Twitter that “we’ve made the difficult decision to pull Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League until Spring 2023. I know a delay is frustrating, but it’s time will devote ourselves to making the best game possible. I hope we can bring problems to Metropolis with you. Thank you for your patience”.
The Suicide Squadron game was announced by Warner Bros. in August 2020, and from its development is in charge of Rocksteady, the studio responsible for Batman: Arkham Asylum, Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Knight. According to its developers, it is a cooperative action game set in the very universe of the Arkham saga, in which the four members of the suicide squad try to save Metropolis from the invasion of Brainiac, who has brainwashed several members of the Justice League, including Superman, Flash, and Linterna Verde.
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League will have versions for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, and after retiring today, it will go on sale on a fixed date to be determined Spring 2023.
