Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin was the best-selling video game in Japan last week.
The particular spin-off from Square Enix undermines the lead of Pokémon Legends: Arceus, which falls to second place. The podium completes Elden Ring, with the PlayStation 4 version in third place.
After that, it’s the PlayStation 5 version of Stranger of Paradise, and the rest of the roster are the usual occupants like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Minecraft for Nintendo Switch, or Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
