Steam currently has payouts for disabled Ukrainian developers. Valve has confirmed that there must be a technical issue.
“Due to the current climate, we will not be able to initiate payments to Belarus, Russia and Ukraine,” says an email sent to developers two weeks ago.
Today, Valve confirmed that payments will no longer be available until the end of March.
The developers have two options: wait for Valve to correct the situation or change the payment instructions to a bank outside the country to be able to receive the money.
“It’s a very frustrating situation and we hope to find a solution soon.”
So Valve clarified, it’s really a technical problem and it’s going to go until the April payment. Sorry if I was rude, but I wish they had said that from the start. pic.twitter.com/s1B2p4MnXP

The issue affects all Russian, Ukrainian and Belarusian developers, but the most affected will be individual developers whose games are uploaded to the platform.
