Resident Evil 4 Remake Will Retell Some Breakaway Elements From The Original Vision

Although Capcom hasn’t officially announced it, rumors are circulating that a more likely remake of Resident Evil 4, one of the most popular and successful releases in France, will be announced later this year.

And this remake, according to the information Fanbyte, was able to recover some elements that were dismantled during its development. Initially, Resident Evil 4 was going to be a fairly distinctive title with more hints of terror, in which Leon S. Kennedy was pitted against puppets and spectators.

So, according to this information, the remake would modify the beginning of the city to make it a night environment and give it a more welcoming atmosphere. An expansion of the role of Ada Wong, inspired by the Separate Ways campaign, is also expected, although it is currently unclear whether this will be implemented in the main adventure or in a separate mode.

The existence of Resident Evil 4 Remake has been rumored on the internet for quite some time and has even been confirmed by the actor who voiced Albert Wesker, DC Douglas.

And, logically, its development would have made all the sense in the world, given the success that the remakes of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3, released in 2019 and 2020, would have produced respectively.
