With the announcement of Pokémon scarlet and purple they were exposed The first Pokémon of the 9th generation.

Continuing the tradition of the saga, Pokémon Scarlet and Purple give you the option of choosing between three starter Pokémon, each centered around a distinct type: grass, fire, or water.

Much of the information about the initial Ninth Generation Pokémon remains a mystery, including their evolutions and moves, but we already have some details about these new creations.

Sprigatito

  • Type – Factory
  • Category – Plant Cat Pokémon
  • Height – 0.4m
  • Weight – 4.1kg
  • Capacity – Exhaustion

Pokémon with the Spell ability increase the damage of your Grass-type attacks when low on health.

The Pokémon Scarlet and Purple Official Site as Sprigatito describes it: “The Pokémon Cat Plant is ambitious and likes to be the center of attention.”


Fuecoco

  • Genre – Fire
  • Category – Pokémon Fuegodrilo
  • Height – 0.4m
  • Weight – 9.8kg
  • Ability – Mar Llamas

The Mar Llamas ability increases the damage of Fire-type moves when the Pokemon still has some HP left.

Fuecoco is ‘The Pokémon Fuegodrilo has an apacible character and does things at its own pace.’ according to the official Pokémon Scarlet and Purple website.


Quaxly

  • Type – Water
  • Category – Pokémon Patito
  • Height – 0.5m
  • Weight – 6.1kg
  • Capacity – Torrent

Thanks to Torrente’s ability, the power of Quaxly Water type attacks will increase with low health.

On the official Pokémon Scarlet and Purple website, Quaxly describes it as “Pokémon Patito is serious and loves fullness.”
