Pokémon Legends: Arceus returns to the top of shopping lists in Japan

Pokémon Legends: Arceus has regained the top spot in Japan’s sales charts.

The GameFreak and Nintendo game has dominated the Japanese country since the end of January, but was recently beaten first by Elden Ring, then by Triangle Strategy. Now, with no restrictions, it’s back in first place, followed by PlayStation 4 versions of Elden Ring and Gran Turismo 7.

Also in the top ten are a pair of new releases, Square Enix’s Chocobo GP and Bandai Namco’s .hack//GU Last Recode, both for Nintendo Switch.

We then leave the list of the ten best-selling video games in Japan during the week of March 7 to 13:

There are no big news in the hardware list. One more week, Nintendo Switch is the best-selling console, with nearly a thousand units, including OLED, normal and Lite models. Since then, it’s been a PlayStation 5 and quite far the Xbox Series S, which sells four times more than the Xbox Series X:
