PlayStation Plus offers several free games as part of the subscription each month.
These games can be classic titles or recent games that have gone too far. In the past, Playstation Plus has offered titles like A Plague Tale: Innocence, Days Gone or Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Each single game is available for a certain period of time and, if played before it changes, it will be available for download from your library at any time.
Once a game has been added to your library, you can play it as long as you have a Playstation Plus subscription. To be able to stream and play Playstation Plus games, you must have an active subscription which costs @7.99 per month. The 3 month subscription costs €24.99 and the 12 month subscription costs €59.99.
If you have a PlayStation 5 and PS Plus subscription, you’ll also have access to the PlayStation Plus Collection, a fierce selection of featured PS4 titles to download.

How to download Playstation Plus games from your PlayStation 5
There are two ways to download Playstation Plus games to your PS5.
The first is through the Library section of your Playstation 5. You can open this section by selecting the Library icon in the right corner of the Playstation home screen.
Here you can view and download all your games. If you flash R1 twice, you will come to the Playstation Plus platform, where you will first see the PS Plus Collection and, a little further on, a link to all the PS Plus games of the month.
The second method is to go through the Playstation Store.
Open the Playstation Store by selecting your icon from the main menu of your Playstation, in the right corner of the “Games” section.
Once the store is loaded, press R1 three times to access the “Subscriptions” menu. Here you will find a table that will show you the games currently available on Playstation Plus.
Pulsa X on the board and you’ll see several icons: the PS Plus collection icon and the PS5 and PS4 games of the month icon. Pulse X at each icon, then give it “Add to Library” and it will be passed to you.
How to Download Playstation Plus Games Remotely on PS5
You can also download Playstation Plus games to your PS5 remotely from the web. Playstation Store or from the official PlayStation app for iOS and Android.
To download from your PS5, you must activate Keep Internet Connected.
To stay connected to the internet, first make sure your PS5 is connected to the Playstation Network.
See ‘Settings’, ‘System’ and search for ‘Energy Alarm’. Pulse in “Functions available in idle mode”.
In “Functions available in storage mode”, you must check “Stay connected to the Internet” and “Activate your PS5 from the network”.
Now when your Playstation 5 is in rest mode, selected Playstation Plus games from Playstation Store will be downloaded.
How to download Playstation Plus games from your PlayStation 4
There are two ways to download Playstation Plus games to your PS4.
The first is through the Playstation Plus section of your Playstation 4. You can open this section by selecting the Playstation Plus icon in the upper corner of the Playstation home screen.
Here you can view and download the latest Playstation Plus games. You will also be able to download games that you have already played on Playstation Plus if you have already uninstalled them from the console.
The second method is to go through the Playstation Store.
Open the Playstation Network Store by selecting its icon from the main menu of your Playstation.
Once the store loads, scroll down the menu until you find “PS Plus”. Here you will find the games currently available on Playstation Plus and download them.
How to Download Playstation Plus Games Remotely on PS4
You can also download Playstation Plus games to your PS4 remotely from the web. Playstation Store or from the official PlayStation app for iOS and Android.
In order for it to be downloaded from your PS4, you must enable automatic updating.
To enable automatic update, first make sure your PS4 is connected to the Playstation Network.
See “Ajustes” and find “Ajustes de ahorro de energía”. In “Establish functions available in storage mode”, you should mark the settings for “Stay connected to the Internet” and that for “Activate PS4 from the network”.
Return to the main menu of “Setting”, “System” and select “Automatic downloads”. On this page you must mark the casilla “Application update files”.
Now when your Playstation 4 is in rest mode, selected Playstation Plus games from Playstation Store will be downloaded.
How long can I play a Playstation Plus game?
If you cancel your Playstation Plus subscription, you will lose access to games you downloaded through Playstation Plus.
If you renew your Playstation Plus subscription in advance, you will regain access to all the games you have downloaded in real time through Playstation Plus.
