Next Level Games is the developer of Mario Strikers: Battle League Football

What has been so far actually has been officially confirmed: Next Level Games is the developer of Mario Strikers: Battle League Football.

Confirmation has come a register in the Australian Age Rating organization, in which the Canadian study specifies as the developer and Nintendo as the publisher.

The registry, furthermore, also specifies that the game will have a PG rating to include “level of violence”.

The news that Next Level Games is developing the new Mario Strikers comes as no surprise, given that the study has already loaded Super Mario Strikers on GameCube and Mario Strikers Charged on Wii. Without hesitation, when the game was first shown on the latest Nintendo Direct, the Japanese company did not specify that the study was behind the game.

Next Level Games, best known for its work with Luigi’s Mansion 2 and Luigi’s Mansion 3, has also developed other Nintendo titles such as Punch-Out! from Wii or Metroid Prime: Federation Force. The good results of this collaboration led Nintendo to buy the company in 2021, embarking on an internal first-party study.

Mario Strikers: Battle League Football goes on sale exclusively on Nintendo Switch on June 10.
