Sony has released a new video with Returnal Ascension gameplay.
Ascension is a free expansion for the action game Housemarque exclusive to PlayStation 5, in which a new cooperative mode and the Tower of Sísifo mode are introduced as main innovations.
The latter is exactly the protagonist of today’s video, with ten minutes of gameplay. It’s an endless way to descend floors in a tower, with increasing difficulty and a playable style that the developers say “we’re turning to our arcade rights”.
Returnal Ascension will be released the following day, March 22, and will be free for all Returnal users on PlayStation 5.
