When you enter the academy after using the Glintstone key, pass the Site of Grace and you will find another seal that you can interact with. Browse to find Bellum Highway.
Be careful not to jump on the island in front and instead look for the stone platforms overgrown by the sidewalk.
The aperture is easy enough to spot and once you get off the lift you will find a Sitio de Gracia where you can relax.
Unlike other mazmorras tunnels that have been explored so far, the Cristal Raya Lucaria tunnel is much larger than you might expect, with tons of enemies and traps to take care of.
