Square Enix has shared a message from the makers of Final Fantasy 7 to celebrate the game’s 25th anniversary, celebrated this year.
2022 also marks the 35th anniversary of the Final Fantasy saga.
The post says there will soon be information on “even more Final Fantasy 7 projects” that are in development, but it doesn’t mention anything about the second part of the remake.
“There will be more Final Fantasy 7-related projects in the future,” said Tetsuya Nomura, character designer of the first Final Fantasy 7 and creative director of the remake.
“El team ve este 25 aniversario como un point important en nuestro viaje junto a Final Fantasy 7, y seguiremos adelante con cosas incluso betters, así que por favor, seguid apoyándonos.” “
