The location of Hoja Injertada’s sword in Elden Ring is in Morne Castle on the Llanto Peninsula, south of Necrolimbo. You can find the weapon paralleling Irina’s mission, which centers around a young man named Irina and her father Edgar.
You will need to explore further into the castle (you will see a grace called “Retaguardia del Castillo”) and follow further south. Proceed through its interior until it reaches the rear.
