El Bottle of Medika Milagrosa is one of the most useful items in Elden Ring.
In addition to the Vial de Lágrimas Carmesí (red) to recover PS and the Vial de Lágrimas Cerúleas (blue) to recover PC, which is better with Seeds of Doradas and Lágrimas Sagradas, there is a third type: the Vial de Médika Miragripar which can be likened to Crystal Tears.

The bottle of Medika Milagrosa is in the initial region of Necrolimboalthough you should leave some of the initial area.
You will find the third church of Márika in Necrolimbo. You can get there immediately, although we recommend getting the Necrolimbo Map Fragments for better orientation.
To find out where the third church of Márika is locatedtake the road northwest of Charca de Agheel, north of the Neblinoso forest.
At the altar of the statue, you will find a sacred Lágrima and your first Lágrima de Cristal, the Lágrima de Cristal Carmesí, which will restore the essence of your total life. The vial is in a large stone container to the side.
