Modern Warfare 3 was launched in 2011, which means that this particular Easter egg has not been discovered for 11 years. Before he became famous for his violence, speed and impulse, Dr. Disrespect worked for Sledgehammer Games in Modern Warfare 3 and Advanced Warfare as a level designer.

Game studio Dr. Lack of respect
Along with creating content, Doc has opened Midnight Society, a game studio that is currently developing a title known as ‘Project Moon’. All that is known so far is that the game is a competitive FPS title and will likely contain some sort of Battle Royale elements.
