Capcom has officially announced Street Fighter 6.
After finishing an account later which ended today Monday at 7:00 a.m. peninsula time, Capcom’s website was updated with the release of the newest version of the popular wrestling game franchise, along with various rumors circulating the last days.
The announcement coincided with the Street Fighter Pro Tour finale held over the weekend. This year, moreover, marks the fifth and fifth anniversary of the birth of the saga, and the Japanese company says that we could expect news of the “future development of the Street Fighter saga”.
No further details have been revealed, no platform it will be released on, although more information has been promised about Street Fighter 6 “in the summer of 2022”.
